JIM'S APPEAL - LATEST
Eaat Stirlingshire FC's lawyers have written to the SFA asking for urgent clarification on its appeals process.
This follows a decision by the game's governing body not to allow Jim McInally's appeal against his twelve game touchline ban and £1,000 fine for excessive misconduct.
The club submitted an appeal, it believed, within the allowed timescale only to be later informed that this was not the case.
"We will await a reply from the SFA on the points made in the letter before deciding our next course of action," said Shire chairman, Les Thomson.
